David Moret is a fifth-generation winemaker who owns a winery in the village of Auxey-Duresses, located in the heart of the Cote de Beaune in Burgundy, France. He works closely with his team to ensure that each step of the winemaking process is done with care, from the handpicking of grapes to the careful aging and blending of wines.
